We've put together a frequently asked questions page with lots of common questions about the services we offer.

Do I need a mains water supply?

Yes you do. It Must be a potable supply suitable for drinking.

Does the water cooler/boiler have to be situated in the kitchen?

No, not if it is a water cooler, as we have a freestanding model which we can situate in another part of the building.

Is the installation process free of charge?

Yes it is, providing it is no more than three metres away from the mains water supply.

Is the two week trial free of charge?

Yes it is. There is no charge or obligation to keep the water cooler/boiler. We will simply return and remove the equipment at no cost whatsoever.

What happens if there is a problem with the equipment?

If there is a problem with the equipment, give us a call and one of our trained engineers will be with you promptly to rectify the problem.

Is there a call-out charge?

No, there is no call-out charge.

Do I pay for servicing and parts?

No, all servicing and maintenance is included in the rental price.

Is the water as hot as a kettle?

The temperature is 97 degrees – perfect for any hot drink.

Does it need to be switched off overnight?

We advise to turn power off to hot water boilers and coffee machines overnight.

Are your water heaters expensive to run?

No, they are not expensive to run and far more energy efficient than a kettle.
